You can use the courier service tool available on the product page to find out if iAspirewas delivered to your PIN. Please tap “Delivery confirmation options” and enter the PIN for your region in the appropriate fields to receive the required information about the standard delivery time of the order and the availability of cash on delivery for the selected product. The PIN we provide is updated frequently. If we don’t provide your PIN today, please come back and see if your PIN has changed.
All orders placed with iAspire are shipped via our own courier service – via other courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.
The answer of this FAQ is No. Currently, we only supply products to India.
Unfortunately, we currently do not have a service to expedite the delivery of orders. If we offer such a service in the future and your area PIN code is correct, you will receive a message from our side
You can now cancel the order if it is already packed/shipped as long as the cancellation option is available on the app/website. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount paid will be credited to the same payment method as the payment.
If you receive a faultyproduct, please contact us quickly. Once your refund has been approved by our team, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. Unfortunately, this is currently not possible because the system has provided our mobile number and warehouse address to package and ship your product. However, we never say never! You can cancel the order and make a new order at any time before packing. No need to worry, there are no cancellation charges.

We support the following payment options in iAspire:
EMI (credit card) is a convenient payment option that you can choose to pay for your order in one installment to the bank that issued the credit card. This EMI option is enabled by the card-issuing bank. Authorization for EMI, payment plans, and billing rules is based on the internal discretion and bank approval only.
The customer must pay the full amount of the transaction to the bank because the EMI service is at the discretion of the issuing bank, please contact the bank that issued your card.
If the payment fails, please try again and note the following:
· Please confirm the correctness of the information you have provided, such as account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and your internet connection is not lost during the process.

The answer of this FAQ is No, there are no extra delivery charges.
As soon as your shipment reaches the collection warehouse, you will be notified via email and SMS. A one-time password (OTP) and a sketch of how to get to the pick-up shop location will also be shared with you.
